I wear full gear each time I ride

I don't even think about getting on a bike without wearing a top-of-the-line FooBargle, crash-suit, gloves, and boots.

I've fallen off quite a few times in my days and seen first hand how much of a difference that the proper gear makes in surviving a crash.
